What do we do?
We know we should exercise regularly but most of us don’t either put the time aside to do it or are unsure of where to start There are many Exercise programmes, Exercise Apps, Personal Trainers, Gyms and YouTube videos available – most are expensive and they can a bit daunting, so getting started isn’t easy. So we created a Personal Exercise Plan (PEP) designed just for you
Your Personal Exercise Plan delivered via our App to your smart phone
Our base PEP is free. If you want real time Personal Training by video or a customised plan pre-surgery or for rehab it’s extra. Often your employer or insurer will cover this. You can exercise anywhere, at home or in a gym if you want to. It doesn’t require any specialised equipment – some weights and resistance bands are helpful –<<Link>> apart from your smart phone and a suitable wearable device. It doesn’t matter how old or how unfit you are today – we will guide you through each exercise and with some commitment from you we will make you healthier!
What are the benefits?
